Cannes 2017: ‘Knights of the Damned’ Makes World Premiere


CANNES (May 17, 2017) – Film Mode Entertainment is thrilled to announce the Cannes World Market Premiere of action-fantasy-thriller, Knights of the Damned, starring Ross O’Hennessy (Game of Thrones), Ben Loyd-Holmes (Skyfall), Silvio Simac (Transporter 3) and Andrea Vasiliou (The Dark Knight Rises and the upcoming Wonder Woman). The film is directed by Simon Wells and Executive Produced by Jeremy Rothwell and May Monteiro of High Fliers.

Knights of the Damned comes to us from the special effects team from the Harry Potter series.

Film Mode Entertainment (FME) will be showing first-look footage to buyers in Cannes for the very first time.

“We’re honored to have partnered with such a fantastic group of filmmakers.  Distributors and audiences alike are going to be blown away by the quality of the F/X.  we are looking forward to sharing a first look of the footage in Cannes.” Said Epstein.

Knights of the Damned is about a King who has sent his best Knights to defeat the Dragon besieging his castle. Along their epic adventure they encounter malicious sirens, warrior women on a mission of revenge and an unstoppable army of the undead.

Knights of the Damned is currently in post-production with plans to be released this fall.

FME is representing worldwide rights on the film with High Fliers distributing in the UK.
